Heres the situation:I desperately need to lose 25 pounds. Balanced diets dont work for me, I just carry on eating-My brain probably doesnt understand portion control!
To start off, I am doing the cottage cheese diet- here it is:
Day 1:
Morning:
1 boiled egg, a cup of coffee with slice of lemon without sugar
3 hours later:
an apple, a pear and green tea
3 hours later:
6 ounces of cottage - cheese, a cup of coffee without sugar.
3 hours later:
green salad dressed with olive oil,a glass of orange juice and cottage cheese(I ate two tablespoons)
Day 2:
Morning:
1 boiled egg, a cup of coffee with slice of lemon without sugar (I am never too hungry during the morning)
3 hours later:
an orange, an apple, a pear.
3 hours later:
6 ounces cottage cheese, a cup of coffee without sugar.
3 hours later:
2 cups of strawberry yoghurt. (I blend 1 cup of yoghurt with 1 cup of strawberries)
Day 3:
Morning:
1 boiled egg, a cup of coffee with slice of lemon without sugar
3 hours later:
a grapefruit, orange, apple(I usually chop everything together and make a fruit salad)
3 hours later:
6 ounces of cottage - cheese, a cup of coffee without sugar.
3 hours later:
6 ounces of cottage - cheese, a cup of skimmed milk and low fat jello.
Day 4
I binged on chocolate cake and brownies today. It was my aunts birthday and I slipped :(
I counted my calories
Day 5
Another day, cant seem to get back on track!
Breakfast: Almonds, banana-raspberry yoghurt, vegetable juice.
3 hours later: Double cheese omlette with a salad on the side
3 hours later: cold coffee with ice cream and a chunk(I cant call it a slice) of leftover chocolate cake
3 hours later: Chocolate fudge brownies-4 pieces, mayo with khakhra(another weird combination that tastes great)
3 hours later: Half of the supreme chicken pizza( Dominos just introduced a new flavor that I had to try out).
